Account deletion

#1. In the app or the web panel

1. Sign in to the SemanticHub app or at semantichub.app.
2. Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password. Accounts created with Google or Apple have no password, so you confirm with a code sent to the account email.
4. If two-step verification is on, also enter a code from your authenticator app.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We then send a confirmation to the account email.

#2. Without access to your account

Write from the address linked to your account to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. Once we confirm the address is yours, we delete the account within 30 days.

#3. What we delete

• account data: email address, name, password, settings, sessions and two-step verification,
• goals, clusters, results, workflows, prompts and knowledge bases of the account,
• API tokens and MCP client access,
• devices registered for push notifications,
• the Sign in with Apple link (we also revoke the app’s access at Apple).

#4. What we keep

The shared catalogue of portals and articles stays, because it belongs to all users; it is no longer linked to your account. Billing documents are kept for as long as tax law requires.
